Living Large Therapeutics offers this 8-week yoga series specifically designed for those who work on their feet into the wee hours of the night. As "season" comes to an end, take the summer to restore your body, rest your mind and put your feet up.

Appropriate for yoga students of all levels, classes will focus on twists and inversions.

Classes will meet on Mondays from June 1 though July 27 from 10:45 a.m to 12 noon. Class will not meet on Monday, July 13.
